AI Trailblazers ("we", "us", "our") organizes the Fall AI Trailblazers Intelligence Summit ("Summit"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep the policy plain and standard: we collect only what we need to run the Summit, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

• Speaker and partner inquiries. When you submit a speaker application or inquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company, business type, job title and the pitch or message you write.
• Ticket purchases. Ticketing is handled by our ticketing partner (Luma). When you buy a ticket, your payment and contact details are processed by that partner under its own privacy policy. We receive the attendee information needed to run the event, such as your name and email address.
• Usage data. We collect basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate device type and region — so we can improve it. This data does not identify you personally.
• Event photography. At the Summit we may photograph and record sessions and attendees for recaps, galleries and promotion of future events.

• To review speaker applications and respond to your inquiry.
• To manage attendance, check-in and event logistics.
• To communicate with you about the Summit and, occasionally, future AI Trailblazers events. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand site usage and improve the experience.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Summit — such as our ticketing partner, our website and database hosting provider, and email delivery services — and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

This website uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for it to function. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep inquiry and attendee records for as long as needed to run the Summit and relevant follow-up, after which we delete or anonymize them. We protect personal information using industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, and we limit access to people who need it for their work.

You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at events@aitrailblazers.io and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The Summit and this website are intended for professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 years of age.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
